LAWNS follows a transparent exchange policy for all products purchased from our online store. Exchanges are accepted only for unused products and must be informed on the same day of delivery. Used products are not eligible for return or exchange. Refunds are provided only as Store Credit in the form of a Credit Note. Store Credits can be redeemed only at LAWNS. Store Credits are valid for 2 months from the date of issue. Orders placed using Store Credits are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
